Zero-Max Non-SAE 4-bolt mount Overhung Load Adaptors are engineered to protect hydraulic motors and pumps from overhung loads in applications that utilize a non-SAE motor or pump, such as many 4-bolt Char-Lynn and LSHT Geroler motors. Offering the same performance and protection as our full line of SAE mount OHLA models, these OHLAs absorb axial and radial stresses to extend equipment life.
Zero-Max OHLAs improve reliability and provide a dependable solution for many mobile hydraulic systems. Non-SAE OHLAs are available in several standard models, with different input and output arrangements to suit many applications, with unlimited customization options available for unique or individual application specifications.

Non-SAE OHLA Options and Features
Zero-Max Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptors are available in several models with different keyed input bores and output shafts, to suit a wide variety of hydraulic motor and pump systems. They provide a solid, permanent mounting surface and can be either face-mounted or foot-mounted. The Non-SAE OHLAs feature a 4-bolt mounting pattern and can accommodate the same loads as the Model 200 SAE A mount for applications with motor or pump shafts up to 1” diameter. Additional features of these OHLAs include:- Deep-grooved ball bearings
- Accepts speeds up to 3800 RPM with proper lubrication (contact factory for higher speeds)
- Supports heavy axial and radial loads
- Rugged cast iron housings
- 130,000 PSI stress-proof shafts
Model 410 Non-SAE Overhung Load Adapator
The model 410 Non-SAE OHLA is designed to fit popular LSHT Geroler motors and has a 1144 stress-proof steel shaft. They feature a traditional output shaft and accepts speeds up to 3800 RPM. Additional features include:- Input bore diameter and depth: 1” keyed – bore depth 2.18”
- Output shaft diameter: 1”
- Output shaft keyway: 1/4" x 1/8”
Model 410F Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor
The model 410F Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor features a through-bore for connection to the input and output in our standard 400-series cast iron housing. The model 410F accepts speeds up to 3800 RPM and provides the following features:- Input bore diameter and depth: 1” through-bore
- Output shaft diameter: 1” through-bore
- Shaft keyway: 1/4” x 1/8” keyway the entire length of the bore
Model 412K Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor
The model 412K Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor provides different input and output options for popular LSHT Geroler motors. Featuring 1144 stressproof steel shaft material and is designed for use with lithium grease base. Additional features include:- Input Bore Diameter and Depth: 1” keyed – bore depth is 2.31”
- Output Shaft Diameter: 1-1/4”
- Output Shaft Keyway: 1/4” x 1/8” keyway
Model 415 Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor
The model 415 Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor provides a sturdy mounting base for the motor and pump with a larger output shaft compared to the previous models. Additional features include:- Input Bore Diameter and Depth: 1” keyed – bore depth 2.18”
- Output Shaft Diameter: 1-1/2”
- Output Shaft Keyway: 3/8” x 3/16” keyway
Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor Applications
Non-SAE OHLAs provide independent bearing support and additional seal protection for systems driven by hydraulic motors and pumps. Zero-Max OHLAs are field-proven to increase the lifespan of mobile equipment while protecting the hydraulic system from harsh environmental contaminants and extreme forces.
