Flexible Shaft Couplings

Zero-Max engineers industry-leading flexible shaft couplings with innovative designs to achieve optimal performance. Our Zero-Backlash Flexible Shaft Couplings can handle large shaft misalignments while minimizing reaction loads, and they perform better than other flexible or rigid alternatives in high-performance applications. We offer Flexible Shaft Couplings in various models and styles, such as Composite Disc (CD®) Couplings, ServoClass® metal-disc couplings, Control Flex Encoder Couplings, Schmidt Offset Couplings, and Shaft Couplings for demanding Wind Turbine applications.

Overhung Load Adaptors

Zero-Max specializes in engineering high-quality Overhung Load Adaptors (OHLAs) to extend the lifespan of mobile hydraulic systems and help prevent breakdowns. OHLAs prevent damage and downtime by isolating external loads from hydraulic motors and pumps, as well as sealing out grease and grime to protect system integrity. Our unique OHLA design set the industry standard for Overhung Load Adaptors in the most demanding applications. Zero-Max’s OHLAs are available in Non-SAE Mounts in addition to SAE A, B, C, D, E, and F, while also being offered in Extra-Duty, Double-Male, or Custom models. Power Transmission Products, manufactured by Zero-Max, have been relied on for decades. It all started with the revolutionary variable speed transmission/drive that allowed the operator to vary the output speed from “Zero” to “Max” (i.e. Zero-Max). Since then, Zero-Max has offered rugged, reliable, and high-performance components for power transmission applications in various manufacturing processes and OEM equipment. Our power transmission products are designed for durability and are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology in our USA facility. Zero-Max Power Transmission products include solutions such as Overload Safety Devices, Adjustable Speed Drives, Crown Gear Right Angle Gearbox, Roh’Lix® Linear Actuators, Phase Adjusting Hubs, and Custom options.

Keyless Shaft Bushings

Zero-Max provides an extensive offering of Keyless Shaft Bushings to provide fast, precise, and secure connections between the shaft and hub. Our keyless locking devices use surface pressure to maintain position, eliminating the need for keyways, tapers, and tapped holes.  Zero-Max’s Keyless Shaft Bushings are proven to reduce stress and wear on mounted components and are available in a variety of models and sizes (including both English and Metric sizes). We offer both ETP® Hydraulic-Based Keyless Shaft Bushings and the Posi-Lok® Mechanical-Style Keyless Shaft Bushings to fit any application.
