Control-Flex Couplings consists of two hubs (that attach to the shafts) and a center flex member. This flexible element is affixed to the hubs through pins. Clamp-style hubs provide a positive, secure shaft connection. The single-disc clamp-style Control-Flex Couplings can handle large amounts of misalignment with standard torque capacity.

  • maximum parallel shaft misalignments of 0.013” to 0.055”
  • maximum peak torque of 6 in-lbs. to 361 in-lbs.
  • maximum speed of 5,000 to 12,000 RPM
