SAE B mount overhung load adaptors (OHLA) feature a mount bolt pattern and pilot diameter compatible with SAE B hydraulic motors and pumps including those used on fan drives, belt/chain drives, mixer units, etc. Overhung load adaptors help protect motors pumps by protecting the seals and absorbing external loads and are designed to seal out dirt, grime and other contamination that can impact hydraulic motor and pump function.

SAE Mount Overhung Load Adaptors Reduce Premature Motor and Pump Failure
Zero-Max SAE B overhung load adaptors provide a sturdy mounting base for motors or pumps and support heavy radial and axial loads. They feature a cast iron housing which can be used for SAE B 2-bolt or 4-bolt mounting. The standard 600 series units are constructed with 1144 stress proof steel shafts while the 650 extra-duty series units feature 8620 heat-treated shafts. All OHLAs are designed for horizontal mounting and can operate virtually maintenance free with proper lubrication (contact factory for assistance). Both the 600-series and the 650-series feature heavy-duty bearings and can be either face-mounted or foot-mounted. Selecting an SAE B Mount Overhung Load Adaptor for your Application
SAE “B” OHLAs are compatible with motors, pumps, and shafts that meet SAE B size standards for bolt pattern and pilot diameter. When selecting an overhung load adaptor, you also need to consider the speed of your application, the load the OHLA will see, and any environmental factors. Available in six (6) standard models featuring SAE A 2-bolt or 4-bolt mount and heavy-duty tapered roller bearings. Standard input bore sizes for our 600-Series SAE B overhung load adaptors include: 7/8", 1", or 1-1/4" keyed; 13 tooth 16/32 spline, or 15 tooth 16/32 spline. They are also available with 1" keyed through-bore as a standard. Features of the Model 600 SAE B OHLA include:- Accepts speeds up to 2,300 RPM without modification

Model 650 SAE B Mount Extra-Duty Overhung Load Adaptors
Available in two (2) standard models featuring an SAE B 2-bolt or 4-bolt mount and spherical roller bearings. These units feature an extended housing for additional operating life, a double primary lip shaft seal, and heat-treated shaft for extreme applications. Standard input bores include a 13-Tooth (16/32) and 15-Tooth (16/32) spline. Additional features of the Model 650 SAE B OHLA include: - Accepts speeds up to 3,500 RPM without modification
