Core-cutting equipment
Roh’lix unit is used to position a knife for cutting a cardboard core to the desired length.
This picture shows the Roh’lix unit running a feeder mechanism that loads the tubes into the Core-cutter.

 



Adjustable side guide for gluing and folding on packaging equipment.
Two Roh’lix units (a right-hand and a left-hand) used per shaft.

 

Gantry robot
Roh’lix used at X-Y-Z axes.
Linear encoders provide position accuracy.
Roh’lix provides “near zero” backlash.

Mammogram machine
Roh’lix used to push a paddle.
Primary overload protection is provided
by a current limit on the driving motor.
Secondary overload protection is provided by a mechanical overload via the Roh’lix Actuator.
