TOLERANCES:
Shaft h8 for d = 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 mm.
Shaft k6 - h7 for d = 19, 24, 32 mm.
Hub H7.

CONCENTRICITY: Approximately 0.03 mm. BALANCE. Approximately 100 gmm/kg.

TIGHTENING TORQUE: At the screw tightening torque the screw is tightened to the bottom of the thread. Pressure is not increased by further tightening.

MOUNTING: The ETP connections have the ability to be mounted quickly and repeatedly with maintained performance and precision.

KEYWAYS: If there is a keyway in the shaft or hub, this must be filled with a hardening medium to prevent the sleeve from being deformed.

RADIAL FORCE: ETP-EXPRESS is not suitable for transmitting high radial force. Contact the factory for radial load ratings.

ALTERNATING LOAD: To avoid fatigue, the transmittable torque should be reduced as follows:
Alternating load 0.60 • Tr.
Pulsating load 0.65 • Tr.

TEMPERATURE: Max 180° F., Min -22° F.

T Rated is transmittable torque when axial force is 0.
F Rated is transmittable axial force when torque is 0.
Temperature: Max 180°F, Min -22°F
