CD® Single Flex Coupling

Aluminum Hubs

Available in 1.85" to 6" diameters (47mm to 152mm), with continuous torque to 6,350 inch pounds (718Nm). Misalignment up to 3° angular, 0.040" (1mm) parallel and 0.130" (3.3mm) axial.

 

The single disc pack coupling is an excellent choice for servo motor applications, use in pairs for floating shaft applications, and many other uses where a small amount of parallel misalignment is needed and where precise alignment is difficult to achieve.

For applications such as man lifts, ski/tow lifts, freight /passenger elevators or escalators, consult factory.

"X" dimension is the minimum bolt travel required beyond the hub to disassemble the disc pack from the hubs.

Rotating equipment is potentially dangerous.  The user should be sure suitable guarding is provided and applicable safety codes are met.
