CD® Double Flex Coupling

Aluminum Hubs

Available in 1.85" to 6" diameters (47mm to 152mm), with continuous torque to 6,350 inch pounds (718Nm).
Misalignment up to 3° angular, 0.069" (1.8mm) parallel and 0.260" (6.6mm) axial.
The double disc pack coupling is recommended in applications where shafts are double-bearing supported or where additional parallel misalignment is present in the system.
The coupling's large misalignment capability makes installation simple and lends itself to a wide variety of industrial applications.

Notes:

"X" and "Y" dimensions are minimum bolt travel required beyond the hub to disassemble the disc packs and/or intermediate member from the Hubs.

Rotating equipment is potentially dangerous.  The user should be sure suitable guarding is provided and applicable safety codes are met.

For applications such as man lifts, ski/tow lifts, freight/passenger elevators or escalators, consult factory.
