The End of Shaft Mount-Type JF torque limiter is used where you have limited or reduced shaft length available. The Type JF Torq-Tender® model allows you to face mount a plate style sprocket or pulley to the torque limiter using bolts. Either the shaft or the mounted component can be used to drive the load. Since the mounted component is located very close to the bearing supports the overhung load is reduced.
